Ingredients for Ricotta:
- 1 Gallon Milk
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
Ingredients for Sauce:
- 3 6oz cans of tomato paste (you may have leftover sauce but you'll love it, you can use it with something else)
- Oregano
- Fresh Basil
- 2 heads of Fresh Garlic
- 1 Carrot
- 1 White Onion
- a few teaspoons of sugar VERY IMPORTANT
- A little salt
- Fennel seeds
- I like to add about a tsp of chicken bouillion
You could also make this sauce individually and can it, I usually use a lot of it. I have no idea how to make just enough sauce for this recipe, so that's your warning.
Ingredients for Pasta:
- 3 eggs
- A few cups of semonlina flour, I usually eyeball it. Should be enough that your eggs can sit comfortably in a small pit in the middle of it
- 1 tsp salt
- 100% cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
Note: Do not fucking use any other type of olive oil or ill destroy you.
Now, onto the actual ingredients for the lasagna itself
Ingredients for Cheese Blend Layer:
- Fresh Homemade Ricotta Cheese
- Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- Parsley
- Mozzarella Cheese (you will grate it or you will kill yourself.)
- 1 Egg
For the meat part, just literally add your meat of choice to the sauce as much as you need. it isn't rocket science folks.
